Waving or Drowning

Alex is returning from North Carolina for the Christmas holidays. He has nothing to come back to except the memories of the past that he has spent an entire year trying to forget. During his stay he becomes reacquainted with several of his old friends and watches as the times of the past change for the better. But before long, everything takes a drastic turn for the worst, and Alex finds himself over indulging in drugs, alcohol, becoming torn at what is real and what is not.
