Finding beauty and profound meaning in both the deep history of the landscapes from which the city emerged, and the anonymous intimacies of an encounter worlds away from endless heteronormative woundings, this longform poem recalls and celebrates Homo Riot’s motto that ‘every time we fuck we win’… "...soaring rhythms fast and frantic, slow and loving, fearless..." In a society which still insists that gay sex must be secret, furtive, hidden, then here the wonder of an eternal moment opens up like a flower, where lust, hyperactivity, and the deliciousness of body contact fuse into a ‘becoming’, a transformation into earth and memory, a release into something passionately Queer… "...one night, this Act of Will this wildness, with you..."
