The Fall of Man

A lone man, Brian Jackson, navigates a post-apocalyptic America, a wasteland ravaged by nuclear bombardment ten years prior. He's a former cultural anthropology and archaeology professor from Syracuse University. Brian, now known as Logan, initially escaped the devastation with his eldest daughter, Alexa, but they were separated eight years ago. Believing her dead, he clings to a flicker of hope. Armed only with a hunting knife and machete, he fends off mutated "Radiants" and savage human beings. Unbeknownst to Logan, his daughter Alexa (now known as Jade), has survived and also wanders the wasteland. She has honed her survival skills, haunted by the memory of her abduction and near-rape years ago, which she avenged by killing her attackers. She has lost her Christian faith due to the horrors she's witnessed but still wears a crucifix for a sliver of hope.
