Reflective Practice

This course is the first step toward participating in supervision. If one attempts these forms of reflective practice then one may be more willing and able to consider formal supervision as required of ministry agents and defined by the Uniting Church in Australia. Reflective practice is based on the philosophy that people learn best in a safe and challenging environment. It presumes a learning process that is ongoing.
