Series Script: Leon Rebelot, Immortal

Year 2038, a medical procedure is developed for immortality through the transformation of all body cells into cancer cells, which are immortal, and the control of their replication. Four volunteers become immortal, but the cost and technical difficulties of the procedure restrict access to treatment and create tensions and conflicts over treatment precedence. Year 2090, the first of the volunteers returns mortal and leaves the Sanctuary where the immortals live. He is rescued and protected by a woman. He discovers that the world is devastated, there are few people controlled with force and violence to produce the material conditions on which immortal society is based. He helps his new friends to protect themselves and escape exploitation and violence.
