Job Cards

Job Cards gives parents the tools they need to develop tomorrow’s leaders. Job Cards can be used for rewards and discipline. Stop giving away money to your kids. Giving your children an allowance makes them dependent and develop a sense of entitlement. Put them on commission and teaching your children respect, responsibility, and the value of hard work and money. Each card has a common house hold chore. The cards are assigned one of three colors and a dollar value according to its level of difficulty. The green card is the minimum, the yellow is moderate, and the red card is the highest. Each card also has a dollar value of $1, $2, or $3 that corresponds to its color.
