Believing in God’s grace is one thing—a wonderful idea in theory—but how do we apply it to our daily lives? Where did we get the idea that God is a small-minded bookkeeper, tallying up our failures and successes on a score sheet. Grace isn’t for high scorers—it is enjoyed by those who acknowledge their inability to score well. We are the objects of God’s furious love pursuit and we can luxuriate in this liberating knowledge. If Christians are guilty of anything, it would be navel gazing. So much time is spent with self introspection, self recrimiation and self condemnation. Somehow we have lost sight of the fact that we are made right because of what Jesus did and not because of what we did. “LOVE EMPOWERING CAPSULES” brings our perspective back to our privileged position of dearly loved children who are fully empowered to lead overcoming and abundant lives brimming with peace and joy.
