Why do people continue to state that the system is a rehabilitation period for an individuals return to society, if they refuse to accept those same individuals as being rehabilitated? The answer is that the system is not a rehabilitation period for any individual and society as a whole knows this to be truth. The harsh reality is that "you" as an individual must rehabilitate yourself from within during the spare time that "you" have set forth.
