Lost In the Triangle

Dominic Barletti; a Photo Journalist for the Miami Herald, received an assignment to fly his small Sesna’s engine and interview the newly-elected President of San Juan Puerto Rico a gala party that was being held in his honor. But on his return flight to Miami, the plane suddenly lost power. What was worse, he was midway between the Miami and Puerto Rican airports, and, traveling just within the border of the Bermuda Triangle. His plane coasted downward, through a dense mist and towards a small island on the fringe of the Triangle. Dominic’s plane crashed into the high branches of a tree. Dominic thought he was surviving all alone, but then he met a stranger who had the same spot of bad luck. Trust and verbal communication was an issue, but soon, he and Saren had no choice to become good and cautious friends. For 6 months, they foraged for food and shared a cave. One day, he awoke one morning to find the plane’s generator missing, and so was Saren. But two days later, Saren returned to Dominic home.
