You sign the front of the check. Nobody prays for the man who signs it. They pray for the people who cash it. CEO,000,000 is three hundred sixty-five mornings for the leader who carries payroll, people, and purpose — and carries it mostly alone. This is not a book of encouragement. It is a year of examination. Every day opens with the anchor text printed in full from the King James Version, never paraphrased. Beneath it sits a UVSB clarity rendering, prepared by the author and faithful to the original Hebrew and Greek, so the meaning lands without the meaning changing. Then comes The Read — the part that does not flatter you — followed by The Board Review and The One Sentence you carry into the day. The year moves in three movements, built on the C.E.O. framework: CALLED — Days 1 to 121. Did God put you here, or did you put yourself here? Identity before enterprise. A man building on ambition and a man building on assignment look identical from the outside, right up until pressure arrives. EQUIPPED — Days 122 to 243. Do you have the skill and the stewardship, or just the title? Calling without competence is a wreck with a testimony attached. God does not honor sloppiness because your motives were pure. ORDAINED — Days 244 to 365. Who do you answer to, and what are you leaving? Authority is not something you take. It is something you are placed under before you are ever placed over. For the ones who lie awake over payroll and pray about it alone. For the ones who were called before they were ever qualified, and carried it anyway. If it doesn't make sense — make change.
