Hell on the Pecos

For many years a great strip of fertile land along the eastern base of the El Pasos lay idle. Rustled into poverty the original ranchers had long since left, giving the outlaws free run of the country. It had become known as "Rustlers' Roost" and there the law of the gun was the only recognized law of the land.
