He has 30 minutes of break, but did 37 minutes.
When the day ended, in the count it was noticed that he produced 6 pieces.

Starting the calculations
Scheduled Stops
Break: 30 minutes
Time to organize the work area at the end of the shift: 22 minutes.
Time available for work
Time available for work: Start of work at 05:00 in the morning and departure at 13:30 with scheduled work stops = 8x60+30-30-22
Time available for work: 458 minutes.
Calculating Availability
Unscheduled Stops
20 minutes looking for maintainer.
Interval beyond received: 7 minutes
End of shift before: 19 minutes
Total unscheduled stops: 46 minutes
Availability = (458 - 46)/458 x 100 = 89,96%
Calculating Performance
Time to work: 458 minutes
Production time per piece: 40 minutes to be manufactured
Quantity that should be manufactured = 417/40 = 10,43 pieces.
Quantity produced = 6 pieces.
Performance = 6/10,43 = 57,53%
Calculating Quality
Total with defects = 1 units.
Total produced = 6 parts (pieces).
Quality = (6 - 1)/6 = 83,33%
Calculating OEE
Availability: 89,96%
Performance: 57,53%
Quality: 83,33%
OEE: 43,13%
