A proposito di Gerry Stahl

Gerry Stahl’s professional research is in the theory and analysis of CSCL (Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning). He is also a sculptor and philosopher. He published “Group Cognition: Computer Support for Building Collaborative Knowledge” (MIT Press, 2006), “Studying Virtual Math Teams” (Springer, 2009), "Translating Euclid" (Morgan & Claypool, 2013), "Constructing Dynamic Triangles Together" (Cambridge U., 2016) and "Theoretical Investigations" (Springer, 2020). He launched and edited the “International Journal of Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning”. His work outside of these academic books is published at Lulu at minimal printing cost and as free e-books of essays. Gerry Stahl earned his BS in math and science at MIT, a PhD in continental philosophy and social theory at Northwestern University, and later a PhD in computer science at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is Professor Emeritus in Computation and Informatics at Drexel University in Philadelphia.
