seestoo

seestoo is a collection of items stretching back almost three decades. Collection is the correct term in as far as these things have happened when they did happen, and they kind of appeared sporadically and quite ‘unforced’. There is no message here. Items have merely piled up and have here been reconstituted via the computer. They have been DA* ‘digitally authenticated’, meaning that their technological rebirth has secured their new identity, indeed their authenticity. In other words, authenticity in this case, is defined as being the image over and above particular forms of production.
