An Introverted Manager’s Little Workbook

There are many good books about management and leadership but they tend to be broad rather than a checklist for the first few months. Another angle that has been explored too lightly is management by individuals that are not naturally extroverted. Here I present to you what I hope will be a helpful step-by-step guide, a workbook of a sort, to a first management job, designed especially with an introverted manager in mind. If you are an introverted individual and have a solid grasp of management fundamentals, there is no reason why you cannot lead well. In fact, one might say an introverted manager is simply a cautious one, and that can be strength in the right environment.
