When I'm Gone

When everyday life for Lauren Quimby hit a halting stop, everyone and everything changed. She would have to leave her old life behind, and try to continue on. New home, New people, New school, and hopefully new friends would make her feel the least bit of normal. She continues to try to fit in, something tragic happens on her way to school. She is forced to get a heart transplant and life for her completely changes, making it unbelievably impossible for her to carry on. Will that cause her to completely shut out of the real world?
