Twist for a Twist

John Trescothik, a detective, discovers that a series of brutal attacks in New Haven are the work of an ancient vampire. After being bitten and gaining supernatural abilities, he teams up with his partner Rick, and reluctantly with Warwick Torrance, a mysterious figure with a dark past connected to the vampire. Their investigation uncovers ancient, powerful artifacts like the Orb of Shadows and the Heart of Eternity, which Warwick uses to gain immortality and control. With help from Anastasia Romanov and experts like Professor Drayton, John and his team battle the dark forces, including the secretive and dangerous Veiled Order. Amidst supernatural confrontations, betrayals, and uncovering ancient secrets, they fight to prevent a prophecy of darkness from consuming the world, knowing their struggle has only just begun
