The far east is both beautiful & exotic. This book contains over 200 color photos of Singapore & Thailand. Singapore and Thailand lie on opposite ends of the Malaysian peninsula. Singapore is an immaculate well run country with clean air, a magnificent zoo, great hotels, etc. Thailand is a much poorer nation and is surrounded by Burma, Laos, and Cambodia on the north and Malaysia on the south. It has magnificent temples and palaces, and friendly people. The photos in this book were taken on a cruise tour which began in Sydney and ended in Bangkok. Images were shot in Singapore (and at the Singapore Zoo and Jarong Bird Park),on the Thai island of Ko Samui and in the City of Bangkok.
