This book is a guide to the mountain restaurants of Chamonix and is organised by four ski areas: Les Houches, Brévent & Flégère, Le Tour and Les Grands Montets. Each chapter starts with an area map showing the names and locations of all mountain restaurants in that ski area. Each individual restaurant has its own page organised alphabetically within ski area.
