DANIEL: Touchstone of Prophecy

Scholars agree Daniel’s prophecies detail history up to 164 B.C., then opinions split. But why not continue following the trail of history? What if we could prove his prophecies are already fulfilled? This verse by verse pursuit takes us a little outside popular explanations, and turns up some surprising answers. Discover: how the Little Horn of the dragon has been in plain sight of history all along; why one prophecy is divided into “weeks”; who is the real prince to come, and who is the true Covenant Maker; that the 2300 evenings and mornings are not mere days on a calendar; how the 1290 and 1335 day prophecy bring us to an oft neglected turning point in Jewish history. Determined to let Scripture speak for itself, Kent Stevens supports every verse with well-known details from history. Even if you end in disagreeing with the author’s compelling arguments, we hope you will conclude with him that Daniel is truly a unique touchstone that challenges and tests the way we view prophecy.
