A cook book with a collection of over 250 recipes compiled by an honor graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, in New York, with over 17 years experience working in private households. This is a fantastic collection of recipes, simplified in their presentation. Each recipe’s ingredients are listed in the order they are added, and the instructions are in a simplified numbered step by step order, making it easy for you to know exactly where you are in the recipe. The collection spans the gamut of variation, from appetizers, to salads, soups, sauces, vegetables, one dish meals, Asian cuisine and of course, desserts.
