The Future That We Dream Of

Andrew and Maria had been dreaming of starting a family since they were 14 or 15, figuring out the names and happy lives they’d lead. When Maria and Andrew had planned this, everything was different. After all, they were so young and didn’t understand full adulthood yet. So innocent and keen to start their individual lives. This, of course, was without knowing the stress of work and the strain of being an adult. They were just teenagers, surrounded by money, support and innocence. Dreaming of the perfect husband or wife, each other, Maria and Andrew were ambitious at that age and although they were so called ‘Geeks’ they had life well prepared and laid out. These times were the times everything was easy and taken care of. The times where nothing mattered. The times they dreamed of perfection. Reality or just a dream? You decide.
