Dragonara - Preliminary Report

This Preliminary Report includes and describes the long field and home research thet the author for 40 years conducted, without any help and support, to prove his theory that the site was not a Byzantine and/or a Venetian Middle Ages fortress but a very ancient one. It all started when the author, an architect and not an archeologist, was invited by the local teacher to visit the Castel on the 28th October 1973. From the very first moment the author recognized that the site was a very ancient one, but was unable to communicate properly his views because of the language barrier.
