Tattoo Fest Lecce is a two week travel story with Jacob Mango Rainforest Poet and his talking tree frog from the Canopy Layer, Tico. They go to Lecce, Italy for a three day tattoo fest. Jacob gets tattooed by the great artist Francis Ingamba.
