Tales from the Trails

Upon early retirement at age 48, for nearly 5 months we traveled in a 24' motor home with our pets, visiting 30 National Parks and assorted friends scattered across the country. Friends and family followed our trip of a lifetime "live" through a blog site we had created. Once home however, we added nearly 40 post-trip observations to the original entries and have compiled the blog journal into a book. We hope the combination will at times either entertain or add insight to the experience we tried to share from the road. We attempted this adventure for ourselves, but quickly felt an obligation to share our story about crossing this wonderful, blessed country.
