It was invented in around 2008 by Mitchell Kwok originally called the atom manipulator, an energy device that manipulates matter and light at a quantum level. It was described as a device that gives robots AI superpowers. Invisibility, super mobility, self-healing, super strength, telekinesis, super attacks, energy blasts, lasers, teleportation, mind control, etc. can be generated from the atom manipulator. Initially it was used to give robots special abilities.
