The Black Parade

I think at some time in our lives, we all struggle with why we are here. Or what our purpose will be in a troubled world — a fallen world. But now, I could see that in all my pain there was this healing, and his words gave meaning to my life again. He had been searching for purpose and had found me. And I, for the first time, had felt I was here for some cause. A reason maybe I wouldn’t understand tomorrow or until my time had ended. But I had found life again and a reason to live. There was no going back. Our lives were about to change. I could feel it. The knife and the cuts in my hands were only the beginning.
