Memoirs from Sideways in Time

Peter longs to get back together with Cyan. He writes a journal about all the ideas and perspectives he should have shared with her. Mike bets Peter that he could not design a program to be truly intelligent. Peter wins the bet when S.T.A.R. picks up a Valley Dude accent. S.T.A.R. has some trouble with the line between fact and fiction. He tells Peter that he should go back and fix the mistake he made with Cyan like they did in the movie "Back To The Future." Peter tries to explain the difference, but S.T.A.R. shows him a design for a time machine he calls the GyroTwister. Peter uses the assembly line at Atari to build it and uses the picture he took of Cyan as a reference point to go back to the point in time that he took it. Peter tries to convince Cyan in the past that she is going to make a mistake, but she doesn't listen.
