Organic Organization is a curricular based book, teaching teachers how to grow a garden within their classroom. The food that they have grown is then prepared within their cafeteria. Throughout the book are case studies of classrooms that have already practiced the Organic Organization. There are also lesson plans for in the garden, recipes and much more.
