There has been a debate for some time over the terms "global warming" and "climate Change." The debate is a waste of time which we don't have. Call it pollution control if you like, but humanity is facing its greatest challenge, which began with the industrial revolution. Humans have been "dirtying" the atmosphere for centuries now and paying a small price. However, that price is getting more expensive. There can be little doubt that Earth is in the process of changing, but the change is not going to benefit humanity. If the massive, continuous forest fires don't bother you, then surely the melting ice around the world gives you pause. The Earth is heating up, which means that the tropics are expanding north and south. Tropical diseases such as malaria, ebola, dengue fever, Zika, cholera, and so many others are migrating with the heat. In addition, new insects and crop diseases will follow. This book explains the challenges now, the dangers that are coming, and what we must do now to attempt to halt what for humans will be a catastrophic series of events. We have the tools, the knowledge, and the financial power to fight this battle. What we don't have right now is the political and personal will to do what, in the long run will make the Earth a better, safer place to live. I've done the research; you just need to read and act.
