Mighty Eights

Mighty Eights is the final in the series of booklets by word length. It separates eight-letter words into the three main speech parts and lists words by their familiarity, and for the unusual eights, by their hook status. As such it is mainly a tool for players of the word game Scrabble. This booklet is based on the Collins international lexicon, the chosen reference for in international Scrabble competition. This and all booklets in the series contain chapters on everyday words by speech part, making it a potential tool for English learning.
