Fashion Illustration Lesson Plan

The learner will study the use of line and wash on cold press illustration board to illustrate a fashion ad for a local retail store. Contact a local retail store, take a digital camera and taking pictures of students in the latest clothing style. The learner will than create a quarter page newspaper ad by writing, specifying copy, illustrating the full figure with drapery principles. Each area of our lesson plans not only help in the learners artistic skills but also each lesson emphasizes the use and need of the primary skills of learning; reading, writing, and math.
