POETRY WHISPERER

To Linda Easley We've been thru a lot together. Laughter, anger, tears . . . the loss of fur babies. We've been there for each other each step of the way in our journeys together. Not all of them have been easy, pretty or fun. I admire this strong woman. She's been to Hell and back and she's still coming in and out of it but you know what??? She shakes it off and prepares for battle for the next day and the day after that. She's not about staying down for too long. I know that much. Linda has got to be the strongest human being I know. What she's been through and still goes thru to this day would kill any other woman or man. I know it would have killed me. 1,000 times over I would have died a horrible death, depressed as I've ever been. But Linda was always there to pick me up off the ground and I love this remarkable woman for it. Never met another like her. Doubt I ever will. But she processes all the trauma in her own life. HOW???? By turning to those of us who love her, admire her talents which are many. I tell you, she’s pulled me thru some nasty, sad shit when I was ready to give up. But she told me. Look, if I can do it, you CAN TOO. Pull yourself up. Get up. Don't give up. You're not alone, Susan. And Linda??? Neither are you alone. If you knew how much you were loved by us all, it would scare the hell out of you. But hey, in my book ... you have no fear but fear itself. You're a legend to me and larger than life. Thank you for putting up with me no matter what. This book, my heart, my life, is dedicated to you. Love, Susan
