Investigating an apparent suicide, the Sheriff of a rural county in Mississippi stumbles on a huge illegal drug operation, a serial killer, and just maybe the girl of his dreams. With the help of a pyromaniac, a couple of transvestite hit-men and some redneck friends this cold trail turns red hot.
