I love my job and the students I care for. I have 46 years experience as a nurse and caregiver to children and animals.I have been married for 45 years to the love of my life. We have one daughter who is grown and married. The students and experiences I have had are too funny and unbelievable to keep to myself. My daughter Nicole and I wanted to do a children's book. Her professional art background made her the perfect fit to do illustrations. The first book is based on our dog and cat. We had so much fun working together on this! Frankie's Tale, our second children's book together is another true story that has been created into a story book. The animation is beautiful and sure to delight! I am excited to release another children's book that I also illustrated called, Oakley has Autism. It mirrors what autism looks like in children. Oakley is a cute little owlet that his momma wants to be the best owl he can be! The third book and final book in the School Nurse series has just been released. It follows the past 5 years which covers before, during and after the pandemic. It was more than any of us bargained for. Be happy, be healthy and laugh every day!
