Crystal Jefferson is the President and CEO of Reading Ready. She is certified to teach elementary students from Kindergarten to sixth grade. She has taught both of her children to read through combining the whole word and phonemic awareness methods. Previously, she worked online as an elementary math tutor. Currently, she works as a substitute elementary teacher in Duval County, Florida.
