Garrett Ruley’s home is Asheville, North Carolina, on top of a mountain, one mile from the nearest neighbor. When not writing, he spends his time outside, working in the garden and exploring the woods. Currently he is living with his family in Ljubljana, Slovenia, and working on an article about the arts in Slovenia. He is fourteen years old and wrote Hollin when he was eleven and twelve.
