Lou Archer lives with her family, many free range chickens, two rescued cats and a varying amount of sheep in a rambling Victorian home in rural Shropshire, UK. Lou loves her gardens and grows vegetables and flowers, many of which the bugs eat while she writes her children's books, under the guise of Pandora Butterfield. She also writes under her real name, Lou Archer, scribing an acclaimed blog about her family, house renovation and rural life as well as articles for Shropshire Life Magazine. She is currently editing her first novel, a romantic comedy of Londoners moving to the countryside.
