Studying the Bible may be the easiest thing in the world. Of course God wrote a book that is simple to read and understand. While at the same time, totally confusing to people with the wrong mind set. Knowing a few simple rules that reveal the consistency of the scriptures is what opens up the Bible and builds confidence. Every author has their own style. All 66 books of the Bible follow a consistent pattern. You see that consistency in KEY WORDS. Key words are basically words that are the same, similar, and related. At times they may be opposite or contrasting words. After some time you will learn more about contrasting words, how and why they are used throughout scripture. Key words are important based on the fact the Bible was always meant to be translated into a number of languages. Most languages follow the same general sentence structure as the original Hebrew and Greek language. English follows a completely different sentence structure. When God wrote the books of the Bible with key words those obstacles were easily over come. One translator may use one word, while another translator may use another word and others may translate one Hebrew word into a number of different but similar English words. Which is why you need to learn the rule of repetition. Key words are always repeated. So even if the translation you choose used a number of different words, when you see those words are all similar, you will know why.
