A proposito di
Michael Jacobson

I am into asemic writing, that is, I write without words. I was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Now, I currently create in Minneapolis. I think I am best known as the author of an asemic novella called The Giant's Fence. It is an 80 page calligraphic work that I began in 2000 and finally published in 2006. Early this year (2012) The Giant's Fence became available as a free download, in the visual poetry section, at Ubuweb. I also have a short book of asemic graffiti hieroglyphs called Action Figures. Action Figures is available as a free download from Avance Publishing, Scribd, or Lulu the printer. My other 2 books are my asemic kinetic blog novel Mynd Eraser, and The Paranoia Machine: a peripheral vision reading device. Besides writing books, I curate The New Post-Literate: A Gallery of Asemic Writing, sit on the editorial board of SCRIPTjr.nl, and am in the process of creating a cyberspace macro-cryptographic-planet for artificial intelligence called 'THAT'.
