Born in Sherman, Texas in 1960, Debbie is now living in Odessa, Texas. Her Father, David M Spriggs, co-author of Delta Blue Squadron, passed away and she is wanting to put all of his stories in print as she can. "He can sure tell a great story", says, Debbie. "I want to share them with the world."
