David Karras, Sr. was born in Greenfield, MA. He grew up in Orange, MA. He attended school at Ralph C. Mahar High School. He studied Graphic Arts at Greenfield Community College. He has spent almost half of his adult life incarcerated at the Franklin County House of Correction located in Greenfield, MA. He is married and has two children (Skyla Storm Karras and David Paul Karras, Jr.) and he also has a step-daughter (Araya Howard). He is employed at his family-owned business, "Crimson Acres" in Orange, MA. He currently lives in Athol, MA with his wife, Brandy Karras and his son, David Karras, Jr.
