My long and varied working life up to now has enriched purpose with experience - from an accountant in private practice and small companies in a variety of industries from tourism to leisure clothing, to self employed chef, hotelier, recorded music retailer and full time cricket groundsman. Since the 1990's I've coached sport (mainly rugby and cricket) to all ages and taken a passionate interest in practical sports psychology. This expanded into mainstream therapy and performance coaching, using a wide range of methodologies within the Hypnotic and Neuro-Linguistic domains, as well as other approaches – essentially using whatever brings effective and lasting results.
