Jamie Barker is a Christian children’s author and songwriter based in Nottingham, England, and the founder of Gospel Growers. He creates Bible-based books, music and resources designed to help children engage with Scripture, understand what it says and remember what they learn. Jamie’s books include The Journey of Daniel, Women of Faith: Ruth & Esther, and Eliab’s Journey: From Egypt to the Promised Land. His writing ranges from faithful retellings of biblical accounts to Scripture-grounded historical fiction, always with the aim of keeping the biblical record at the centre. Through Gospel Growers, Jamie also creates Bible-based children’s music and resources for families, homeschoolers, churches and Sunday schools. His aim is simple: to create resources that become a doorway into the Bible, never a replacement for it.
