Joe Calloway discovered his writing talent at a very young age when writing poems for school, Mother's Day Cards, Christmas Cards and notes to that someone special. It was not long after competing with his brother in sketching characters and graffiti that he discovered another talent; Art. During Elementary, Junior High and High School, Joe began to develop more of an interest in both, writing and drawing, graduating from the Philadelphia High School for Creative and Performing Arts, pursuing the Graphics Arts industry; studying at CCP and later graduating with an Associates in Specialized Technology from Metropolitan Career Center, IT in Philadelphia. It wasn't until 2008, that Calloway published his first two books, masterfully putting together both his talents, to write, cover illustrate and self-publish his own work. Two years passed without another word from the author and then came the J.C. Signatureworks Collection of Poetry. There's more to come.
