Dr. Kelly NGYAH is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) an Organization in Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council - ECOSOC [2013]. He Holds a Professional Status as a Peace Maker. He is endowed with a PhD in Peace and Development; M.Sc. in Peace Studies; MA of Peace in the Domain of Law and International Relations (LL.M); and is currently undergoing research studies for a Master in Theology Program (Th.M.) with Cornerstone University and Theological Seminary Jerusalem – Israel & USA. As well, He poses as the Founding Father of the Philosophical Concept: CHANCEISM He is author to over 58 working and academic papers for peace and development; UN policy working documents, Higher institutions study manuals, and several other arts works
