Adam Galambos was born as a really young child in 1982:) In the primary school his talent in running was discovered by a middle age trainer who invite him a training. He was enchanted by the atmosphere. It happened in 1991. Till then he has taken part a lot of competitions (from distance 400 m - Marathon). A few years ago he decided to write about the positive feelings of doing this sport and helping everybody to get know these positive influences.
