Author Lisa Lockhart writes beyond the pain as she struggles with epilepsy. As a child she was angered by her illness, and also tormented by bullies. She went into a shell. After a severe grand mal seizure back in 2013, her family had given up thinking she wasn't going to live! That night Spirit told Lisa that it wasn’t her time and she still had work to do! According to Lisa, she changed her mind set, and went from having a negative attitude! She started writing through the pain! Lisa began to really love herself, and have unwavering faith in herself, and became a warrior in the face of illness, mental and sexual abuse!
