Michael Howell is a well established author, designer, and teacher. He has written several books spanning a wide variety of topics. He gave up the idea of becoming a journalist to become an author. As he says: "Authors have something to say; journalists have to say something." Mike is a long-standing member of The Writers Union of Canada and has taught courses in writing and publishing. For him, writing is a creative process that helps gets the ideas out of his head that keep him up at night.
