After 32 years in IT management, I'm finding the retired life busier and much more enjoyable. My days are filled with exercise (basketball, spinning, biking), genealogy (an addiction), gardening, baking (actually, just bread and cookies), local government, reading and, of course, writing. Inspired by my grandchildren, I'm currently working on a series of books to help them learn to read via the phonetic method.
